| BARCODE in Bjorvika takes shape
The new headquarter of PricewaterhouseCoopers is rising from the ground in Bjorvika. The building is the first highrise office building in the Barcode project and is designed by our sister company a-lab. The next project to be built is the new headquarter for economy software company VISMA.

OSU is a real estate company whose
purpose is to develop the properties formerly owned by NSB Eiendom
(now ROM Eiendomsutvikling AS) on the south side of tracks of Oslo
S (main rail station in Oslo). The company is a joint venture of
Rom Eiendomsutvikling AS, Entra Eiendom AS and Linstow Eiendom AS
with 1/3 ownership each.
