The downtown area Grønland in Oslo (“ Greenland ”) will get 300 new apartments designed by ARCASA Architects and DARK Architects in the near future. Pecunia, an Oslo based real estate management and development company, is developing the project. PLACEBO EFFECTS have provided various types of visualisation for the project.

Currently in production are marketing illustrations of the interior of an apartment, all of the buildings and the surroundings for a web and print advertising campaign for phase 1 of the project.

In addition 2d/3d plan illustrations of the 30 plus different plan layout were made as well as simplified models of each apartment for web selection using Flash technology.
