A completely new city district is currently under development in Oslo. For the last few hundred years, the Tjuvholmen area has been used as a harbour. With a beautiful view of the Oslo fjord and immediate access to the city centre, Tjuvholmen has long been considered a waste of prime real estate - until now.

In 2007, the first citizens of Tjuvholmen will move into their new apartments. In 2012, the entire district will be completed. Tjuvholmen will have high-end shops, offices, apartments, parks and galleries. It will be the most exclusive and attractive district for shops, offices and apartments in Oslo.
