A presentation and report for the people and politicians of Tønsberg, Norway, presenting a vision of the new town-hall, and considering the benefits of relocating it to the seaside – from which the city has originated.

Text, design and layout focused on the town-hall as a place where peoples' lives takes place, as well as the importance of representing the city, future generations and local history, located where the habitants live their lives today.
