A thorough research considering all of the qualities of the building and its location, made for a presentation focusing on the buildings' full potential and opportunities for future inhabitants.

With the help of Zinc who came up with new office layouts, Placebo Effects created all of the material for this sales brochure. This included a conceptual re-design of the first floor where the main entrance was moved to the more friendly street of Tollbugata, and a reception and canteen was placed underneath a glazed in bright and friendly atrium.

The architectural and interior solutions and ideas are presented with 3d visualizations, illustrations and text, with photographs of the neighbourhood in a layout that focuses on the classic qualities of the building.
