About Tjuvholmen
In December 2002, following a competition between leading Norwegian Property developers and architects, the City Government of Oslo decided that the Tjuvholmen area of the city's harbour would be sold to Selvaag Gruppen and Aspelin-Ramm Gruppen. Their winning competition entry called ”Utsyn” was developed in cooperation with internationally acclaimed architect Niels Torp.

In 2007, the first citizens of Tjuvholmen will move into their new apartments. In 2012, the entire district will be completed. Tjuvholmen will have high-end shops, offices, apartments, parks and galleries. It will be the most exclusive and attractive district for shops, offices and apartments in Oslo.
