The new 137000 m2 Telenor headquarter at Fornebu was designed by architects HUS-PKA-NBBJ Architects with interior design by DARK Design.

PLACEBO EFFECTS supported DARK Design and Telenor with visualisation services througout the three year design and construction period from 1999 to 2001.
