PLACEBO EFFECTS worked together with Snøhetta to produce a series of concept visualizations of Snøhettas WTC Cultural Center project for the May 19 offical presentation in New York.

The WTC Cultural Center will be home to the International Freedom Center, The Drawing Center and an information center for Ground Zero. Construction of the building is planned to start in 2007.
